Mellisa Ikwubuo

Mellisa Ikwubuo is an accomplished professional with a background in accounting and rehabilitation. Currently serving as an Accounting Associate at The Arc of Frederick County since July 2020, Mellisa manages payroll for over 300 employees, prepares financial statements, and supports HR functions. In September 2023, Mellisa became a Rehabilitation Specialist at Sheppard Pratt, focusing on community living skills and individual rehabilitation plans.
