Justin Sher

Justin Sher is currently a partner at Sher Tremonte LLP, where Justin provides skilled representation in complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and white collar regulatory and criminal matters. Prior to this, Justin was a partner at Sher LLP, where Justin represented companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation. Justin has also held associate positions at Arkin Kaplan Rice LLP and Kobre & Kim LLP, specializing in civil and criminal matters. Justin clerked for Hon. George B. Daniels and worked as a trial preparation assistant at the New York County District Attorney's Office. Justin holds a JD from New York University School of Law and an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University.
