Aubrey Rodgers has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Aubrey began their career at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in 2016, where they held the position of Director of Front Office until November 2021. Aubrey then transitioned to the role of Director of Room Operations at the same hotel. Prior to their time at the Sheraton, Aubrey worked at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, starting in 2010. During their tenure there, they held various positions including Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Night Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Housekeeping Manager.

Aubrey Rodgers attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
