Javier García Fernández

Javier García Fernández possesses extensive experience in culinary arts and social education. Since June 2014, Javier has worked as a Cocinero / Ayudante de Cocina at SHERCO Staff Hotel, providing services for large events and various prestigious clients. In addition, Javier has been an Educador Menores Protegidos since 1999 with the Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social, focusing on the protection and care of at-risk minors. Javier also has teaching experience, having served as a Professor in vocational training in cooking and as a trainer in mediation, along with roles in youth outreach and social work. Educational qualifications include a Técnico en Cocina y Gastronomía from Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo "Simone Ortega" and degrees in Social Work and Mediation from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
