David Atkinson

David Atkinson is an accomplished music professional with extensive experience in various roles within the performing arts. Currently serving as a faculty member and vocal coach at Sheridan College since January 2020, David also holds positions as a keyboard programmer and orchestra musician at the Shaw Festival, contributing to notable productions including "Gypsy" and "White Christmas." Previously, David worked at the Stratford Festival as a keyboard programmer and rehearsal pianist, and as music director for the "And Peggy" national tour of Hamilton. Additional roles include faculty positions at Randolph College for the Performing Arts, rehearsal pianist for Netflix's "13: The Musical," and associate music director for Mirvish Productions' "Dear Evan Hansen." David's educational background includes studies at Humber College from 2004 to 2008.
