Emilia A. is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in education, coaching, and health. Currently serving as a Bowen Practitioner and Communication and Career Coach at C-Life Studio since March 2014, Emilia also holds the position of Professor of Industrial Workplace Preparation at Sheridan College and Professor of Communication at both Conestoga College and previously at Sheridan College from 2007 to 2019. Emilia’s expertise includes developing workshops aimed at enhancing employability and mental health, and providing personalized coaching for business students and newcomers. Additionally, Emilia has worked as a Fundamentals of Learning Coach at York University, focusing on academic success strategies. Emilia holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Psychology from York University.
