Jim Gilchrist B.e.s.

Jim Gilchrist, B.E.S., is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a strong background in strategic human resources and organizational behavior. Currently serving as a part-time professor at Sheridan College since January 2019, Jim teaches a range of courses at the Pilon School of Business and in the Advanced Manufacturing Management Program. In addition, Jim has been a part-time professor at Conestoga College since September 2021, focusing on team dynamics and employee engagement. As the Owner and CEO of CAES Career Advancement Employment Services Inc. since 1997, Jim has successfully collaborated with clients to enhance performance across various organizational levels. Jim holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Waterloo and an MES/MBA from York University, with a focus on organizational analysis and performance improvement.
