Priyanka Khosla

Priyanka Khosla currently serves as the Lead for Change Management at Aviva Canada since August 2024 and is a Council Member for the Professional Program Advisory Committee at Sheridan College. Previously, Priyanka held the position of Senior Manager for Leadership at Scotiabank, following a role as Senior Associate in Workforce of the Future at PwC Canada. Prior experience includes a Specialist role in Talent Insights at Sobeys, and a Manager position in Talent Management and HR Business Partner at Mahindra & Mahindra, where notable achievements included participation in the Emerging Leaders Program and multiple awards for performance excellence. Earlier career highlights include an internship at Aditya Birla Group and an Analyst role at EY Pvt. Ltd., where Priyanka earned the EY Excellerator Award. Priyanka holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
