Rajiv P Kapahi

Rajiv P Kapahi has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rajiv P is currently working as a Strategic Advisor at the Confederation of Empowerment Initiatives (CEI) since 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, they founded and directed XCalibrate Global Pvt. Ltd. at SherlockSuperCoach.AI. In 2022, they joined JPIN as an Advisory Board Member, focusing on financial services and investment banking for start-ups in emerging markets. From 2020 to 2022, Rajiv served as the Director and Co-founder of Boma India.

Before transitioning into the technology and start-up sector, Rajiv held senior positions in well-established companies. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Boston Scientific as the Sr. Director for the India Hub, responsible for finance, operations, and distribution. Rajiv P also served as the Executive Director during this time. Prior to that, Rajiv was the SVP for Finance and CFO at DLF Pramerica LIC Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of Prudential Financial, from 2007 to 2011.

Rajiv's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Finance at Dell International Services India Pvt. Ltd. from 2003 to 2007, Finance Controller at Max Healthcare Institute Pvt. Ltd. from 2001 to 2003, DGM (Finance) at Owens Brockway Pvt Ltd from 2000 to 2001, and AGM (Finance - Commercial) at Luxor Writing Instruments, Gillette India JV from 1998 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Rajiv has demonstrated expertise in financial management, operations, and strategic advisory roles.

Rajiv P Kapahi started their education journey at Modern School, where they completed their AISSCE (XII th) degree in subjects such as English, Accountancy, Commerce, Economics, and Mathematics. Rajiv P then went on to study at Hansraj College, University of Delhi from 1983 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a degree in B. Com. (Hons) and studied various subjects including Accountancy, Co. Law, Tax, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Operations Research, and Statistics. Lastly, from 1986 to 1989, Rajiv attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained their FCA degree in the field of Accounting and Finance.
