From growing up in Israel to serving in the Israeli Defense Forces to getting a degree at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris, Evy Duek has experienced the world in ways most people have not.

Working as a mergers and acquisitions attorney, Evy has extensive knowledge of M&A deals from a legal and tax perspective, including leading the end-to-end diligence processes on various transactions from initial engagement to final diligence reports for Private Equity and corporate clients.

Evy offers clients a unique experience as an entrepreneur starting his own French Israeli technology venture while living in Paris and his upbringing in the Israeli start-up hub. However, it’s the time he spent in the Israeli Defense Forces that shaped his personal and professional life. As an officer and captain, he led his troops in challenging situations. He developed confidence in himself and his abilities and honed his leadership skills.
