Lyle A. Wallace

Lyle A. Wallace is a Member at Sherman & Howard. Lyle has over 17 years of experience as an attorney, representing local, national, and international companies, business owners, private equity groups, and venture funds as corporate and M&A counsel.

Wallace began their career at Clanahan, Tanner, Downing & Knowlton, PC in 2000, where they worked as an attorney for two years. Lyle then moved to Dorsey & Whitney, LLP in 2002 and worked as an attorney there for two years before moving to Minor & Brown, P.C. in 2004. At Minor & Brown, Wallace worked as a shareholder for four years before moving to Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff & Ragonetti, PC in 2008.

After working as the Director and Shareholder at Otten, Johnson for one year, Wallace left the company to start their own law firm, Wallace Scott, PC in 2009. Lyle ran their own firm for four years before merging with Baker & Hostetler LLP in 2013. Wallace worked as a partner at Baker Hostetler for four years before joining Sherman & Howard in 2017.

Lyle A. Wallace went to Coronado High School, Robinson Secondary School, Episcopal Academy, George Mason University for their B.A. in Government, and then the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law for their J.D. in Law.
