Brad Santa has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and industries. Brad started their career in 1973 at Koontz-Wagner Holdings LLC, where they served as a Manager for 24 years. The company provided electrical repair services to the steel industry, utilities, and various local customers. In 1998, Brad joined ISCOSA Industries and Maintenance Ltd. as a Manager. Brad managed a premier repair facility for Siemens Westinghouse in the Middle East, where they oversaw turbine rotor repair, mechanical repairs on hot gas parts, and coatings for parts. After working at ISCOSA for five years, Brad joined Shermco Industries in 2005. Brad initially served as the Shop Manager, responsible for managing the company's operations. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager, where they handled key client accounts. With their extensive experience and diverse skill set, Brad has gained knowledge and expertise in managing repair facilities, serving customers from various industries, and handling key accounts.
