Supriya Kumar-Kohli

Supriya Kumar-Kohli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 2007, they worked at i-solutions as a CRE until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Sr Manager - HR& Operations at Analysys Mason, where they were responsible for various tasks including integration of processes during acquisition, HRMS implementation, hiring and onboarding, employee engagement, diversity management, and policy formulation. In 2014, they joined SHEROES and held multiple roles such as Community, People & Culture, Head of Corporate Relations, and Founding team member for organizational culture, business process operations, and project management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Business: MARS at SHEROES. Supriya'sresponsibilities include project delivery, community building, and overall management of the MARS (mompreneurs, artists, and solopreneurs) department.
