Vadym Bezpalyi, FCCA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and insurance. As CFO at SHERP since July 2022, Vadym has implemented a new legal framework to enhance transparency and risk management, along with significant cost reductions. Previous roles include CFO at Agricultural Corporation "Svarog West Group," where negotiations led to financing of USD 6.1 million and a redesigned budgeting approach that ensured profitability. Vadym has also held CFO positions at prominent organizations such as Almatel Kazakhstan, MetLife, and Centergroup, demonstrating a strong track record in financial management, team leadership, and strategic negotiations. Education includes a Master's degree in Economics from Sumy State University and being a Fellow of the ACCA.
