Senior Software Engineer at Sherpa CRM

Richard Song has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Richard is currently working at Sherpa CRM as a Senior Software Engineer since February 2023. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Software Developer at Sherpa CRM from November 2019 to February 2023. Before joining Sherpa CRM, Richard worked at Boeing as a Programming Analyst from November 2018 to November 2019, where they gained experience in developing and maintaining HR business process integrations and the Medical Information System application using technologies such as Workday HCM, XML, XSLT, C#, and VB.

Richard also worked as a Technical Project Manager at DxGPS, a medical startup, from March 2017 to April 2018. In this role, they gained experience in using Python and scientific libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn to manage data obtained from MRI scans.

In addition, Richard worked as an Associate Software Developer at We Are Alexander from February 2016 to February 2017, where they gained experience in developing backend and frontend solutions using technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, Microsft SQL, and ColdFusion. Richard also worked on the full-stack, developing backend logic and customer-facing sites.

Before that, Richard worked as an Associate Software Developer at Enterprise Holdings from October 2014 to February 2016. In this role, they gained experience with PostgreSQL, XML technologies, and SOAP webservices. Richard worked closely with business analysts to create solutions for clients to connect to Enterprise's car rental ticketing system.

Richard started their career as a Web Development Intern at evetos in June 2013, where they worked on revamping their marketing site using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Richard also served as a Teaching Assistant for the CSE 132 class at Washington University in St. Louis from January to May 2013.

Richard Song attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
