Octavio also assisted company and program managers with program supplier issues. In 2002, they joined Ball Aerospace as a Program Subcontract Manager/Business Unit Manager. In this role, they built and managed a team of 11 people responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, awarding, and managing spacecraft subcontracts through delivery. Octavio also created and managed Request for Proposals with all pertinent technical, contractual, and financial documents.

Under Octavio's leadership, their team has been extremely successful in contributing to the company bottom line through supplier management and negotiation. Octavio has also created an inclusive and learning work environment where team members have grown and achieved high levels within the company.

Octavio Mota has a BS in Management from Penn State University, a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from the University of California, Los Angeles, and MBA coursework in Business Administration and Management, General from Widener University.

Octavio Mota reports to Jeremy Myrtle, CTO & Founder. They are on a team with John McWhorter - Systems Integrator, Phil Flynn - Systems Integrator, and Michael Dougherty - Systems Integrator.
