Sara Marchetto

Sara Marchetto is the Director of Proposal Management at Sherpa 6. Sara previously served as the Vice President of Proposal Development at Key Solutions (KSI) from August 2010 to June 2021. In this role, they managed federal government proposals and coached senior executives in oral presentations. Sara holds a CF APMP certification and is the co-author of the KSI Advantage Guide, a capture and proposal development toolkit.

Prior to joining KSI, Sara served as the Senior Proposal Coordinator at ITT Inc. from March 2009 to August 2010. Sara was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the proposal process, including writing, editing, and formatting proposals. Sara also has experience as a Director of Operations, Recruiting Coordinator, and Computer Technician.

Sara Marchetto has an AA degree in General Studies from University of Maryland Global Campus, a BA in Communications from Ashford University, and an AA in Communications from Cleveland State University. Sara also has a certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals in CF APMP.

Sara Marchetto reports to Joe Dames, CEO & Founder. They work with Vinnie Pugliese - VP of Business Development, Stu Abrahamson - CFO & Founder, and Eric Olson - CIO.
