Jeremy C. Smith

Jeremy C. Smith is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Counsel at Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C., since January 2021, Jeremy specializes in commercial and contractual litigation, advising clients on complex disputes including non-compete agreements and shareholder issues.
