Jason Nadeau is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in VoIP systems and cloud operations. Since May 2017, Jason has served in multiple roles at Sherweb, currently fulfilling the position of Senior Manager - Cloud Operations and Services, and previously as Product Manager and Architect for VoIP solutions. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Senior VoIP Technician at Bravad and provided technical support as a Technical Support Engineer at Run Distribution, specializing in a variety of VoIP-related products. Jason's career began at Cat-Comm, where responsibilities included PBX installation and troubleshooting, and later involved sales and support roles for VoIP products at CanadianVoipSupplier.com. Additionally, Jason has provided legacy support for Nortel PBX systems at TELiNPHO Communications. Jason holds a degree in PBX installation from PROCAR Technical School and has completed various technical trainings related to VoIP solutions.
