Carla Cooper, MA, CDP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Project Manager in the EPMO at Sherwin-Williams, where Carla leads complex global technology initiatives and oversees multiple FinTech workstreams. As a consultant for Next Level Management, Carla specializes in organizational behavior and workforce training while developing programs aimed at enhancing effectiveness. Previous roles include project management at Project 10K, focusing on SaaS product development and stakeholder management, and implementation project management at Level 3 Audiovisual. Carla has also contributed to academia as teaching faculty at Bryant and Stratton College and has held program management roles at Northeast Ohio Medical University and Cleveland State University.
