Crystalann Jones

Crystalann Jones, PhD, currently serves as the Research and Development Group Lead at Sherwin-Williams since April 2023. Prior to this role, Crystalann held the position of Chemistry Group Lead and Formulation Chemist at Damping Technologies, Inc. from January 2017 to March 2023. Crystalann's experience also includes being a National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the Air Force Research Laboratory from November 2014 to November 2016 and working as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago from July 2008 to August 2014, as well as at Chicago State University from 2006 to 2008. Crystalann completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from Chicago State University.
