Previously, Fernando operated as a Business Consultant offering expertise in various operational fields, and held the position of Vice President for Operations/Integrated Supply Chain at Nouryon, managing a significant manufacturing footprint across the Americas. Fernando's extensive career at Clariant spanned multiple roles, including VP of Operations North America and Director of Operations & Supply Chain Mexico, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive operational management, cost efficiency, and supply chain optimization. Fernando holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar, along with a qualification in Food Technology and Processing.
