Jennifer Murphy is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries. As the IT Director for Sales Technology and Project Management Office at Sherwin-Williams, Jennifer oversees critical technology initiatives. Previously, at Dealer Tire, Jennifer held dual roles as Director of Enterprise Solutions and Director of Customer Applications & IT Control. Jennifer's career also includes significant positions at Progressive Insurance as Director of IT Service Management Office and Director of IT Enterprise Applications, and at OfficeMax as Director of IT Store Technology and Director of IT Application Development & PMO. Jennifer holds a Master's of Science in Management Information Systems from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in English from The Ohio State University.
