Jill Jefferis

Jill Jefferis is an experienced Lead UX Researcher at Sherwin-Williams, having previously worked at Vitamix as a Project Manager and Ethnographer. With a background in education and research, Jill has worked on various projects in different industries such as consulting, marketing, and social science research. From their time at Harvard University to freelance consulting, Jill has a diverse skill set that includes qualitative research, project management, and instructional design. Jill holds a Doctorate in Education from Harvard University, a Masters in Educational Theory and Practice from Ohio State University, and a Bachelor's in English from Earlham College.
