Jim Sears

Jim Sears has extensive experience in the coatings and paint industry, currently serving as a Field Technical Product Manager at Sherwin Williams since February 2005. Prior roles at Sherwin Williams included Assistant Branch Manager and Inside Sales, alongside over three years as a Professional Coatings Representative. Jim's background also includes positions at Insl-x Products Corp as a Technical/Sales Representative, PPG Industries as a Technical Sales Manager, and Urbanik's Paint & Wallpaper as an Outside Sales Representative. Jim holds a high school diploma from Hinsdale High School, where studies took place from 1982 to 1985.
