Rajendra Saxena

Rajendra Saxena has extensive experience in the coatings and paint industry, currently serving as the Country Head for the Performance Coating Group (Industrial Wood) at Sherwin-Williams since October 2011, where contributions include establishing the business from the ground up in India. Prior to this role, Rajendra held significant positions at Valspar, such as Business Director for Industrial, where Rajendra focused on developing the General Industrial business and managing key global accounts like John Deere and Caterpillar. Additionally, at Berger Paints India, Rajendra successfully managed regional sales operations and expanded market penetration, significantly increasing sales turnover. Rajendra holds a Masters Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Chemical Technology/Paint Technology from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute.
