Susan Patterson

Susan Patterson is an experienced IT Program Manager currently with Sherwin-Williams since September 2023. Previously, Susan served as a Product Manager at Deloitte from January 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing program management for hybrid solutions, enhancing product development processes, and coaching team members. Prior to Deloitte, Susan held managerial positions at Centric Consulting, along with project management roles at MATRIX Resources and The Hackett Group, where expertise in managing complex international projects was demonstrated. Earlier career experiences include database management and competitive intelligence analysis at Ernst & Young LLP and Dawson Companies, as well as server training and scheduling at Eddie Sand's Blueline Café. Susan holds a Professional Certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from Marietta College.
