Rhonda Michael has a diverse professional background, starting as a Payroll Associate at Indiana University Bloomington before transitioning to roles in education and office management. Rhonda currently serves as the Early Childhood Ministry Leader at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, drawing on their experience as a Preschool Teacher and Assistant Preschool Teacher. Rhonda has also managed their household since 2009, using their skills in child care, teaching, cooking, budget management, and home organization. In their past roles, Rhonda has demonstrated abilities in payroll processing, customer service, and purchasing. Rhonda's education background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Missions from Bethel College.

Sherwood Oaks is a church that is constantly growing and changing, but stays rooted in the Biblical principles that we first were founded upon. Sherwood Oaks is a church that believes that the Bible is Absolute Truth and infallible. We believe that God sent His only son, Jesus, to live a perfect life and then die on a cross to save us for eternity. We believe that God desires our whole lives to be firmly rooted in Him and that He wants us to share our message with the world. We are a church that chooses to be positive, encouraging and hopeful. We are a church that is for everyone –regardless of faith background, financial status, or any other worldly designation. We are a church full of people just like you – unsure, complicated, excited, passionate, loving, graceful, dependent and human.
