Malgorzata Schluemer

Malgorzata Schluemer has a diverse range of work experience across different industries. Malgorzata is currently working as an Expert at the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Bleibt Gesund Masken from April 2020 to January 2023.

In terms of their previous roles, they worked at the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation (LeanIn.Org + OptionB.Org) as a Regional Leader, where they supported a large network of women and men dedicated to gender equality. Malgorzata organized events, held trainings and networking sessions, and partnered with the LeanIn.Org team to grow and engage the Lean In community. Malgorzata also founded the Lean In Network in Frankfurt in May 2015.

Before that, Malgorzata worked at Deutsche Börse in the IT & Operations, Data & New Asset Classes division from February 2016 to September 2016. Malgorzata also had a brief stint at Eurex Frankfurt AG from September 2015 to February 2016.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Clearstream in Relationship Management from September 2014 to August 2015. Malgorzata was part of the Organisation Team for the Polish-German Economic Forum in 2013 and interned at the Public Relations Department of the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce from November 2012 to February 2013.

Malgorzata Schluemer has a diverse education history. Malgorzata completed their Master of Science in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their major degrees, Schluemer also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, completing it in 2014. Malgorzata further expanded their knowledge in the field of Management of Polish-German Economic Relations through the Polish-German Academic Forum at Warsaw School of Economics from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

Schluemer's education goes beyond traditional academic degrees. Malgorzata attended the F. Chopin Music School in Sochaczew from 2002 to 2010, specializing in violin.

In terms of additional certifications, Schluemer completed the Lean In Network Leadership Development Program offered by the Center for Creative Leadership in February 2022. Malgorzata also obtained a certification as a Certified Exchange Trader Cash Market from Deutsche Börse in December 2016.
