Nikki Pawsey

Director, Global Network Leader Program at Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation

Nikki Pawsey began their work experience in 1998 as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Amyyon UK, where they led tele-sales activity and coordinated marketing efforts. Nikki then worked as a Classified Sales Executive at Cotswold Life Magazine, filling advertising space and attracting new business.

In 2000, Nikki became a Business Development Manager at Millfield Fountain, where they generated new corporate business through direct marketing and created marketing strategies.

From 2002 to 2005, Nikki worked as a Regional Fundraiser at Action For Children, where they developed and implemented community fundraising plans and built relationships with supporters.

Nikki then became the Head of Regional Fundraising at RAF Benevolent Fund from 2005 to 2011, creating a sustainable income stream and providing support to the RAF family.

Nikki joined The Children's Society in 2010 as a Regional Manager South and later held multiple roles, including Director of Supporter Communities & Groups, where they managed fundraising strategies and engagement initiatives.

At Oxfam, Nikki served as the Head of Engagement from 2015 to 2018, responsible for increasing the number of supporters and income generated. Nikki also held the positions of Head of Community Fundraising and Head of Planning & Effectiveness, focusing on improving operational efficiency and driving innovation in public fundraising.

Most recently, Nikki has been the Director of community mobilisation and local engagement at The Children's Society before joining the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation as the Director of the Global Network Leader Program in 2022.

Nikki Pawsey obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from Middlesex University between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, Nikki attended St Edwards in Cheltenham, but no specific details regarding degrees or field of study were provided.
