Kristin Salvatora, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience - Flow at Pluralsight, where leadership spans five customer-focused teams. In addition, Kristin co-founded and leads advisory services for She's Independent, an inclusive impact investing group, focusing on angel investments in growth-stage companies. Membership in Chief reflects a commitment to empowering women in leadership roles. Previously, Kristin held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Homebot, achieving significant customer success and revenue growth. Further experience includes roles in customer success and management at Safe Rx®, Huron, and financial consulting positions within the United States Air Force and several private firms. Kristin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Global Business from Virginia Tech.
