Nayantara Kowshik

Nayantara Kowshik is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the AVP - HR at Sheth Creators Pvt. Ltd since August 2017, leading the HR function. Prior to this role, Nayantara held the position of General Manager - Corporate HR at Bombay Dyeing from December 1998 to July 2017, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies aligning with organizational objectives, managing leadership recruitment, overseeing annual compensation reviews, and handling HR budgeting and payroll management.
