Kenneth Reid

Kenneth Reid is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over a decade in maritime and marine services. Currently serving as Sole Engineer at Shetland Islands Council since October 2022, Kenneth has previously held similar roles at Ocean Farm Services Ltd and Inverlussa Marine Services. Starting as an Engineer Cadet at Ship Safe Training Group Ltd, Kenneth progressed through various positions, including 3rd Engineer at DOF Management AS and Deckhand/Engineer roles on multiple fishing vessels. Kenneth's educational background includes a degree in EOOW III/1 Unlimited and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from NAFC Marine Centre.
