David Blackburn

David Blackburn has extensive experience as a Software Engineer at Atlantic Information Management from 1990 to 1996, and at Strategic Microsystems Corporation from 1984 to 1990. Currently, David holds the position of Manager, Core Technologies at SHI International Corp. since October 1996, and previously served as a Senior Software Engineer in the same organization.
