James Prior

James Prior is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at SHI International Corp. and also holds the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy & M&A. Prior is also the Company Secretary at Coding Crew Ltd, a company that provides STEM and Robotics education for primary school children. With a strong background in finance and years of experience at companies like CDW, Cisco, Dell Technologies, IBM, and Diageo, Prior has a diverse skill set in financial management. James holds a BA (hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton and is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants graduate. Additionally, James has completed executive education programs at IMD and The Wharton School.
