SJ Carl possesses a robust background in marketing and behavioral therapy, with experience in managerial roles and leadership within LGBTQIA+ advocacy. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Marketing Events at SHI International Corp. since September 2022, SJ previously held various positions, including Co-Chair and Chairperson of the Board for the EMBRACE LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and worked as a Marketing Representative for The Syndicate. Earlier roles include Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Intern, alongside significant experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Comprehensive Behavior Supports and New Horizons In Autism Inc.
