Michael Gwynn

Michael Gwynn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michael started their career at Dataflex Corporation as a Manager Process Management and Warehouse Manager, where they implemented a service database and managed warehouse operations. Michael then moved up to become the Director of Advanced Systems and Director of Service Ops, overseeing the design of a strategic business unit and managing a $10M budget.

After that, Michael worked at Cambridge Management Consulting as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for project deliverables, client relationships, and financial performance. Michael played a key role in integrating business methodologies for an acquired British company and implemented an integrated supply chain for a chemical manufacturer.

Michael then joined Cisco Systems and held various senior roles. As a Senior Program Manager, they directed the development of business intelligence capabilities and the integration of delivery services within IT. In their role as Manager, Sales Operations US & Canada, they managed order processing, optimized operations, and automated end-of-quarter processes. Michael later became the Senior Manager of Sales Strategy and Planning Operations, where they managed a $45M budget, consolidated vendors, and integrated operational planning.

At GE Digital, Michael served as the Sr. Staff Operations Leader, leading operational execution and authoring a Brilliant Analytics strategy.

Currently, Michael is the Chief Operating Officer at Shibusa Systems, where they oversee operational activities.

Michael Gwynn attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1983 to 1996, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree. Their field of study was Political Economies of Industrial Societies. In addition to their degree, Michael also obtained a certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University, although the month of completion is not specified.
