Andrew Dimitruk is Shield AI’s Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Shield AI, Andrew was a Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey, serving both public and private sector clients, where he provided advisory services spanning sales, operations and talent management. While at McKinsey, Andrew managed a cross-functional team to transform the operations and talent strategy for a government agency, to include the design of a new recruiting and leadership development programs. Prior to McKinsey Andrew was an officer in the United States Marine Corps serving as an attack helicopter pilot, with two tours to Iraq and one tour to Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the USMC's Weapons and Tactics Instructor course, earned his degree in Astrophysics and European History from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
