Carter McCoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and intelligence analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Current Operations at Shield AI since September 2020, McCoy focuses on operationalizing artificial intelligence for maneuver applications. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations & Strategy Analyst at Trelar, where McCoy led targeted customer acquisition efforts, and as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Intelligence Analysis, Inc., producing critical assessments of counterintelligence threats. McCoy's background also features positions as Senior Targeting Analyst at VICTOR42 and Targeting Analyst at Raytheon - Blackbird Technologies, where analytical methodologies were employed to identify and exploit threats.
