Kingsley Afemikhe

Kingsley Afemikhe has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kingsley began their career in 2006 as an Analyst in the Natural Resources M&A team at Deutsche Bank. In 2007, they joined UBS Investment Bank as an Executive Director in EMEA Investment Banking. During their time at UBS, they worked on over $30 billion worth of transactions in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advice. In 2017, Kingsley joined MET Group as the Group Head of Strategy and M&A, where they were responsible for integrated energy company activities in energy infrastructure and industrial assets. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Xos Trucks, where they served until May 2023. Currently, Kingsley is the Chief Financial Officer at Shield AI, starting in June 2023.

Kingsley Afemikhe has a Master of Science in Management for Experienced Leaders from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Kingsley also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Birmingham. Prior to that, they attended Loughborough Grammar School.
