Kristen Blakeman

Kristen Blakeman has extensive experience in finance and program management roles. Kristen currently works at Shield AI as the Director of Program Finance & Pricing. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems, Inc. as the Finance Director for San Diego Ship Repair. Kristen also has experience as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions and as a Group Finance and Planning Manager at Leidos. Earlier in their career, they worked at SAIC in various roles such as VP, Deputy BU Controller/FP&A Manager and Operations Controller. Kristen began their career at IT Corporation as a Cost/Schedule Engineering Manager before transitioning to Rudolph and Sletten as a Project Engineer.

Kristen Blakeman holds an MBA degree from San Diego State University and a BS degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
