Before launching Shield in 2014, Noah provided transparent risk management solutions to Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, ABN AMRO Bank, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and a $1.5 billion private equity firm. Noah also founded Liquidity Direct Technologies in 1998, which was acquired by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 2004.
