Shimrit Elimelech

Shimrit Elimelech currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Shield since January 2025. Prior to this role, Shimrit held similar positions at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard from October 2019 to January 2025, initially as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and then as Director. Earlier experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Leader at enSilo from April 2018 to October 2019, and at IBM Trusteer from March 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruiting processes and collaboration with hiring managers. Shimrit began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment and Welfare Coordinator at Radcom from August 2008 to February 2013. Shimrit holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed in 2009.
