Taly Kishon

Taly Kishon currently serves as the Director of FinOps at Shield since September 2025, following a successful tenure at Kaltura from 2016 to August 2025 where multiple leadership roles in FinOps, DevOps, and Infrastructure were held. With a strong background in leading engineering teams and managing projects through Agile methodologies, Taly Kishon has extensive experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and deploying complex systems on AWS cloud platforms. Prior roles include Senior Integration Engineer and Project Manager at NAGRA, and Project Manager and Knowledge Center Supervisor at Daka90. Taly Kishon holds an MBA from The Open University of Israel and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
