Iain Scott

Iain Scott has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Iain started their career as a Public Sector Account Manager at Computacenter in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Iain then joined BT Engage IT as an Account Manager from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Account Manager - City at EMC Computer Systems, where they stayed until 2012. Iain then joined Experian QAS UK as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at 6 Group from 2013 to 2016, specializing in executive search and selection in the Global Energy sector. In 2016, they joined Douglas Stuart Ltd. as a Senior Consultant and Shield Safety as the Head of People, responsible for HR, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.

Iain Scott's education history includes a postgraduate program in Human Resource Management (Level 5) at AVADO from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, Iain attended The University of Sheffield from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Geography with a focus on Social, Political, and Economic aspects. Before entering university, Iain attended Lady Manners School in Bakewell from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their A-Levels in History, Geography, and Business Studies.
