Lauren Holmear

Lauren Holmear has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Lauren began their career at John Lewis Partnership, where they worked as a Customer Insights Manager from April 2010 to September 2015. Following that, they joined Nando's UK & IRE as a Customer Experience Manager from December 2015 to January 2018. Lauren then joined Benham & Reeves as a Business Development Manager from June 2018 to March 2019. Subsequently, they worked at Adactus Limited as a Project Manager from March 2019 to October 2020. From October 2020 to January 2023, they worked at Alcumus, first as a Customer Success Manager and later as an Enterprise Renewals Manager. Lauren's most recent position is as Head of Client Development at Shield Safety, a position they have held since January 2023.

Lauren Holmear earned a Master of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Dundee, attending from 2006 to 2010.
