David Challis has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. David started their career as a Partner at Kingston Smith in 1986 and worked there until 2000. David then joined Regenersis Environmental Services Ltd as an FD/Divisional FD from 2004 to 2012. In 2002, they became the Finance Director at Bak2Group Limited and held that position until joining Laing O'Rourke in 2011 as a Finance Project Lead - Consultant. David later became the CEO at Management & Personnel Services Limited from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they serve as the CFO at Shields Environmental since 2013.
