Danielle V. has over a decade of diverse experience in customer relations and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Liaison at Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC since August 2017, Danielle has previously held the position of Operations Team Lead at NEST, International from July 2010 to October 2014. As the Owner, Segment Director, Producer, and Editor of Dead Air Gamers between May 2013 and June 2014, Danielle contributed to the development of a YouTube channel focused on engaging gaming content. Prior to these roles, Danielle worked as a Shift Leader at Blockbuster, Inc. from August 2005 to July 2010. Danielle's educational background includes studies at The New School and Mount Saint Mary College.
