Karen Donnellan

Karen Donnellan has extensive experience in healthcare management and board leadership. Since January 1999, Karen has served as a Board Member at the Maria Droste Counseling Agency, contributing as Chair of the Philanthropy Committee and previously as Vice Chair and Chair of the Board. In a concurrent role at Shields Health Care Group starting in November 1995, Karen operates as Sr. Business Director for the Northern Region, managing daily operations and oversight of a substantial team and budget. Karen's background includes significant positions such as Chief Radiation Therapist and Director of Radiation Oncology. Additional board experience includes a founding role at Elizabeth Catholic Academy, and early career roles as a Radiation Therapist at prestigious institutions. Karen holds a BA in Management from Eastern Nazarene College.
