Caitlin McNabb has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Caitlin started their career in 2012 as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Shields Health Solutions as a Pharmacy Liaison, providing support to patients and pharmacists and promoting the use of pharmacy services for better patient care. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Manager of Patient Services, where they led pharmacy liaisons for Baystate Health System. In this role, they were responsible for managing and directing activities to ensure high-quality patient experience in specialty clinics. Recently, in 2022, they have taken on the position of Technical Education and Development Specialist at Shields Health Solutions.

Caitlin McNabb obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Roger Williams University, graduating in 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In May 2015, they became a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Furthermore, in July 2023, Caitlin completed the Foundations of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Infographic Design courses offered by LinkedIn.
